failed to connect to notify-api.line.me port 433: time out ปัญหา จาก ใช้ internet by proxy ถ้า internet ท้วไปส่งผ่านครับ
อยากทราบว่า ตั้งค่า API ยังไง

ปัญหานี้ยังไม่เคยเจอ ผมไม่แน่ใจว่ามีการ block port นี้หรือเปล่า เพราะ proxy หลายเจ้าก็อนุญาตแค่ 80 (http) กับ 443 (https)
